Hadleigh Boutique Lodge

Set on 5 acres, Hadleigh is accessed down a rural lane, the tranquil setting belies its proximity to Hamilton city’s, renowned gardens and busy night life. The quaint settlement of Cambridge is close by. We were particularly drawn to the areas natural beauty, as was Peter Jackson when he chose to film his magical Hobbits here. However, it was the mighty Waikato river, woodland walks and verdant fields, home to New Zealand’s pre-eminent thoroughbred horse industry that drew us in. Following the devastating 2011 ‘quakes, we missed hosting and felt that this new ‘Hadleigh’ was really quite superb, a place we would be proud to share with our guests.
