John has been described by NZ Media as one of New Zealand's most favourite instrumentalists and this has also been confirmed when he was voted NZs Top Musician by the Variety Artist Club of NZ. He has twice been NZ Solo Champion and he will play trumpet and sing through a set of classic covers, reggae, Jazz, Latin American, Rock n Roll as so much more.
