You’re probably surprised to see a vineyard in Raglan, within a region not well-known for its wine. So, this is a special opportunity to try unique local wines in an equally incomparable location. This 1-hour 15 minute wine tasting and platter experience includes a short vineyard and winery tour, where you can learn more about our property and process. Our generous platters, perfect for lunch, typically include olives, three types of cheese, ample crackers, preserves & relish, chocolate, dates, and cured meats. We can accommodate gluten-free and vegetarian diets. Although our wines are vegan-friendly, we cannot accommodate dairy-free or vegan diets due to the main ingredients of our platters. The Private Family or Group surf lesson is designed to provide one instructor specifically for your family or group as opposed to being included in a larger group. The lesson outline is flexible to suit different ages and skill levels. Our instructors are friendly, enthusiastic and keen to pass on their surfing knowledge to both parents and kids alike. Booking times are flexible to suit the best tides on our beach as well as your families needs. The surf lesson starts at Ngarunui beach with all wetsuits and boards provided for both kids and adults.

Inspired by the European Aufguss, we run guided sauna and ice bath sessions. In groups of up to 12, participants have chance to cool off in a cold shower and ice bath before entering the sauna for the first round. The facilitator will then explain the outline of the session. Then, with peaceful music playing, the first 15 minute round begins, with water mixed with essential oils being added to the rocks, creating scented waves of heat that wash over you, as the facilitator waves around a towel. Between the sauna rounds, there is 5-7 minutes where participants are welcome to rinse off in the shower before going into the ice bath.
