In our Group Surf Lesson, you will learn all the basics about your board, the waves, how to paddle, stand up, and a dose of surf safety. You’ll be fully prepared before you hit the water and your instructor will be right there beside you, pushing you into waves and offering you their expert tips and tricks. We will have you lead climbing before you know it. The Family surf lesson is designed to provide one instructor specifically for your family as opposed to being included in a larger group. The lesson outline is flexible to suit different ages and skill levels. Our instructors are friendly, enthusiastic and keen to pass on their surfing knowledge to both parents and kids alike. Booking times are flexible to suit the best tides on our beach as well as your families needs. The surf lesson starts at Ngarunui beach with all wetsuits and boards provided for both kids and adults.
