Opening in 2013, Bucking Boar Cornfield Maze has designed and cut new maze designs each year into a 5 acre field. Designed for all to try and navigate their way through, with hidden stations and puzzles to be found and deciphered throughout. Afterwards whizz down and cool off on Waikato's best outdoor waterslides, there are 3 to enjoy. A fiberglass 55-meter slide complete with twists and turns, dual race inflatable slide and a kids 40 meter inflatable slide that allows people of all ages to experience the fun of sliding through the countryside. The Cider Collective was established to teach people how make sensational apple cider in a fun hands-on environment. With a little cider knowledge and apple tree in your back yard, you will never go thirsty again. A one day programme is an experience that will leave you thoroughly entertained, and with all the knowledge required to make great cider. Your host, John has ten years cider making experience and studied cider making in the UK and USA. A delicious lunch is included.

Welcoming Guests Through Our Doors Since 1872. Woodlands Estate was established as a 98,000-acre estate purchased from The Crown by The Piako Swamp Company for 2/6 (25 cents) an acre. The Homestead, restored to its former glory, was initially built as a Manager's residence between 1875 and 1881. It is primarily made of Kauri and still features some original weatherboards and roof iron. Woodlands Estate is looked after by a not-for-profit trust, with the gardens being well-maintained by the Waikato District Council. The overall historic and aesthetic value of the homestead and gardens has been maintained thanks to generous donations and voluntary time. The Trust extends its gratitude for the generous support of the community over the years.
