Mystery Creek Events Centre is a large multi-purpose venue in the Waikato, available for indoor and outdoor events of any size, scale or type.

Set on 114 hectares of beautiful natural surroundings, our venue offers versatile indoor spaces, plenty of free parking, and a seamless setting for events of any scale. Conveniently located just two minutes from Hamilton Airport and close to the Waikato Expressway, it’s ideal for conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, corporate functions, multi-day festivals, camps, weddings, gala dinners, and celebrations. Our latest focused exhibition invites visitors to explore the remarkable life of Rahapa Te Hauata — a woman whose courage, resilience, and voice continue to resonate through Aotearoa’s history. To commemorate and remember the events at Rangiaowhia on 21 February 1864, this small focused exhibition is on show until 20 March. Discover her powerful first-hand accounts of the sacking of Rangiaowhia and the extraordinary ways her whānau endured and survived this devastating moment in Aotearoa’s history.
