Discover our latest handcrafted non-alcoholic drinks made in-house at Workshop Brewing Co using local fruit and seasonal ingredients. Explore naturally fermented kombucha, sparkling fruit sodas, and probiotic vinegar-based shrubs and switchels. Try flavours such as Peach & Kawakawa kombucha, or Feijoa and Passionfruit & Lime sodas. Our shrubs combine house-made vinegars, syrups and spray-free, locally harvested fresh juice, while our switchel blends beer vinegar, local honey, ginger, lime and Karioi mountain spring water. Flavours change with the seasons, so there’s always something new to try. Perfect for designated drivers, non-drinkers or anyone looking for an exciting alternative to alcohol.
