The Perry Bike Skills Park is designed for riders of all ages and abilities, from children just starting out on trikes to more experienced cyclists looking to test their skills.

The park features two distinct zones:

Asphalt Learning Area: a safe, sealed space where young riders can practice the basics of road safety. Complete with miniature traffic lights, signs, and road markings, it's a fun and interactive way to learn the rules of the road.

Dirt Trail Area: a network of purpose-built trails offering different levels of challenge. From gentle tracks for beginners to more technical features for confident riders, this area encourages skill progression in a natural setting.

Together, these spaces provide a welcoming environment where families can ride, learn, and build confidence on two (or three) wheels.

With a stunning section of land in a rural settlement outside Hamilton, Lavender Backyard Garden has grown from scant to lush. “We are so proud of our work that’s made our empty fields, once full of grass, into our little dream”. This abundant block is now not only a bustling Pick-Your-Own (PYO) Blueberry and Lavender Farm, but a ‘Backyard Garden’ where anyone can come to sit down and relax among the fields of lavender with a cup of coffee and tasty blueberry and lavender foods. Lavender Backyard Garden developed their own natural aromatherapy items by using their lavender essential oil. Only a 10 minute drive from central Hamilton.
