Beetham Park Motel offers 13 ground floor, self contained, spacious studio apartments which can sleep 1-4 guests and a 2 bedroom apartment that can sleep up to 6 guests. Our studio units are without a doubt the largest and most comfortable studio units around. Each apartment includes a 42 inch plasma TV with over 50 channels, kitchen, free unlimited wireless internet, air conditioning, security alarm and high quality, comfortable furnishings. Park right outside your unit. Beetham Park is conveniently located close to the city centre, Waikato Stadium, Waterworld and the Te Rapa Racecourse. The Motel is also within a 30 minute drive from Hamilton Airport and a 90 minute drive from Auckland International Airport.

Five minutes walk from central Hamilton you’ll find a stunning Studio Cottage uniquely located in a quiet cul-de-sac. Gorgeous French doors open out onto a glorious pool and garden area. The Studio Cottage (with kitchenette) can accommodate 2 guests. There is an en-suite; 40"TV; BBQ; outdoor furniture; private entrance; free off-street parking, free WIFI. Our unique location provides guests with easy access to excellent shopping, a vast array of restaurants and cafes, cinemas, supermarkets, museum, Waikato Stadium, Waikato Hospital, Waikato University, our famous Hamilton Gardens and gorgeous river and lake walks and the Te Awa river bike trail. Its central location lends itself to endless day trips.

We are now able to offer our newly completed stand alone Chalet called The Oarhouse with a much envied aspect overlooking Lake Karapiro. It has two suites each with either one Californian bed plus one single or three single beds for up to 6 guests. Each suite has its own en-suite. There is a large lounge / dining room with schist fireplace, full kitchen, separate laundry, carport and extensive decking overlooking the lake. We feel The Oar House would not be out of place amongst New Zealand’s finest.

Conveniently located, comfortable, self-contained studio cottage. Self-contained the cottage is set in established grounds, separate from the main house & with its own access and parking. It is private and peaceful – the perfect place to relax and a great base for many of the activities in and around the Waikato. The cottage is well-appointed and will comfortably sleep two in the king sized bed. The kitchen comes with microwave, electric hotplate, refrigerator and Nespresso machine – bring your favourite capsules. We do supply some for your stay. There are lots of cafes, restaurants and take-away options available in both Cambridge and Hamilton. Tea, coffee and milk are provided. A heat pump/air-conditioning unit ensures year round.

Lakeview Lodge comprises of The Huntington, The Hamptons and The Boat House, each having their own unique style & charm. Ideal for groups, the Huntington accommodates up to 12 guests, The Hamptons up to 10 and The Boat House up to 10. Bijou options are available for smaller groups of 2 - 4. Lakeview continental breakfast is included in your stay, as are many other amenities including a fully self-contained kitchen, BBQ equipment, laundry room and quality linen. Both main lodges have private outdoor deck areas with lake views and The Boat House is lake side. Catering is available. The lodge is situated close by popular visitor attractions.
