The living area has a complete kitchen and comfortable lounge area. A ranch sliding door opens out to a larger decked area, outdoor table and chairs with unobtrusive view of Mount Maungatautari. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk, cooking oil, salt and pepper supplied. The electric heat pump/air conditioner will keep you toasty warm in winter, and cool and comfortable in summer.

This beautifully decorated tiny home features a fully equipped kitchen, cosy bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and space to simply chill. But the real luxury lies outside—soak in the outdoor bath under the stars, unwind in the Panorama Sauna, or gather around the outdoor fire to toast marshmallows. We are now able to offer our newly completed stand alone Chalet called The Oarhouse with a much envied aspect overlooking Lake Karapiro. It has two suites each with either one Californian bed plus one single or three single beds for up to 6 guests. Each suite has its own en-suite. There is a large lounge / dining room with schist fireplace, full kitchen, separate laundry, carport and extensive decking overlooking the lake. We feel The Oar House would not be out of place amongst New Zealand’s finest.

Only 10 minutes from the Hobbiton Movie Set, our luxury B & B is on an orchard & is private & peaceful. Beautiful sunset views with a spa pool under the stars. The apartment is equipped with a kitchen, spacious bathroom and a bedroom that can sleep two singles or a couple (King size). It is separated from the main house by a garage so it is private & you can come and go as you please. A pull out Sofa-bed in the Lounge will sleep another couple or two young children. The property itself has a successful greenhouse and feijoa orchard - feijoas are a popular New Zealand fruit with a unique and exotic flavour.
