A very quiet location within two blocks of the centre, restaurants and Hamilton Casino. There is free off- street parking and free Wi-Fi. We are close to Waikato and Braemar Hospital, A & E, and specialist medical services such as the eye clinic and fertility specialist. Hamilton Lake and the beautiful Hamilton Gardens are also nearby. Each of our rooms as well equipped kitchenette facilities with bench top ovens available. Laundry facilities for use if required.

Peeks of Pirongia is a short 25-minute drive from the heart of Hamilton city. Set in farmland surroundings, with Kahikatea bush and mature shelterbelts nearby, you'll feel immersed in nature. Gentle views across fields reach all the way to the magnificent Mt Pirongia - often silhouetted by a glowing sunset at the end of the day. The interior of the safari tent is serene and stylish, with every detail considered. The space contains a comfortable super-king-size bed and sofa for lounging. A fully equipped kitchenette is positioned to the side of the spacious deck - right outside. The outdoor bathroom is conveniently located just a short 5-metre walk from the tent via a decked walkway. Peace and tranquillity permeate every corner here.

Located within a short 5 minute car ride to the city centre and our fabulous eating establishments. Luxurious apartment style rooms with the best king and superking beds - (can be split into two singles). Facilities include wall mounted 32" TVs with Sky Guest select-50+ channels, WIFI, heatpums/airconditioning, hush glass, double showers some with twin heads, spa baths also available. There’s a fully equipped kitchen, guest laundry and a dry cleaning service available. There’s a morning paper and when you arrive a complimentary plunger coffee for you. We provide continental breakfasts (delivered to your room the night before) - gluten free options or a cooked breakfast available.

We are now able to offer our newly completed stand alone Chalet called The Oarhouse with a much envied aspect overlooking Lake Karapiro. It has two suites each with either one Californian bed plus one single or three single beds for up to 6 guests. Each suite has its own en-suite. There is a large lounge / dining room with schist fireplace, full kitchen, separate laundry, carport and extensive decking overlooking the lake. We feel The Oar House would not be out of place amongst New Zealand’s finest.
