Narrows Park is Hamilton's most affordable and only rural holiday park set on 27 acres with cabin accommodation, powered sites and acres of tenting. It is ideal for group accommodation or individual campers 10min from Hamilton City. The Waikato river is on the boundary, the Narrows golf course is next door and Mystery Creek and the Hamilton Airport are 2minutes away. Offering over 100 beds, plus buildings the Narrows is also ideal for accommodating groups. This is a great spot to base yourself for sports tournaments, Mystery Creek events or when you just want a bit of country space to see the stars at night. Set on 5 acres, Hadleigh is accessed down a rural lane, the tranquil setting belies its proximity to Hamilton city’s, renowned gardens and busy night life. The quaint settlement of Cambridge is close by. We were particularly drawn to the areas natural beauty, as was Peter Jackson when he chose to film his magical Hobbits here. However, it was the mighty Waikato river, woodland walks and verdant fields, home to New Zealand’s pre-eminent thoroughbred horse industry that drew us in. Following the devastating 2011 ‘quakes, we missed hosting and felt that this new ‘Hadleigh’ was really quite superb, a place we would be proud to share with our guests.
