Te Aroha Holiday Park is one of New Zealand's few remaining traditional holiday parks in rural farm land of the Waikato, south Auckland. offers a range of good and very good quality facilities plus accommodation for all budgets from campsites, cabins, self catering Cottages and family motel units to motorhome sites. Tramping and Mountain biking Kaimai Mamaku and Karangahake Gorge The park is located past the racecourse and only 3 km from the famous Te Aroha Soda Hot Springs. This is the only one Spring in the Southern Hemisphaere and responsible for the silkiest skin after you had a bath. Bring your tent, caravan or campervan and nestle amongst our large oak trees or lounge on our large decks enjoy a BBQ with friends from your Cottage.

A rock pool with hot mineral water is open all year between 6.30pm – 8.30pm under an umbrella of pure New Zealand stars (weather permitting).

Bird Song Retreat is a modern 3 bedroom home which is located in the foothills of The Tararuas and is surrounded by native bush which is abundant with native birds. Located a short 15 minute drive from Levin or a little over an hour from Wellington, this is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of every day life and relax in the tranquil setting. There is lots to see and do with the Makahika stream and Ohau River a mere 5 minute walk away, and for the more adventurous guests, there are a number of local walks nearby such as the 2 hour Trig Track, the 7 hour Mangahao Dam and the Tararua Northern Crossing.
