It is ideal for group accommodation or individual campers 10min from Hamilton City. The Waikato river is on the boundary, the Narrows golf course is next door and Mystery Creek and the Hamilton Airport are 2minutes away. Offering over 100 beds, plus buildings the Narrows is also ideal for accommodating groups. This is a great spot to base yourself for sports tournaments, Mystery Creek events or when you just want a bit of country space to see the stars at night. A short walk to Ann St Beach and River walks, 2 minute drive to St Andrews Golf course, 2 minute drive to Hamilton Pools, 5 minute drive to either town or The Base Shopping Centre, 5 minute drive to Waikato Stadium and a 10 minute drive to Globox Arena.

We are a 4 star Qualmark motel handy to Hamilton CBD. The apartments are refurbished. Our two bedroom units offer queen beds in each bedroom, a large bathroom with spa bath and toilet. An extra toilet/powder room is a definite feature of these rooms. Many of the apartments have large spa baths. All have good sized kitchenettes, many with new fridge freezer. All beds are queen sized and very comfortable after a long journey or a busy day. The Motel complex is modern, attractive and well laid out - free parking is available for all units. There is 100 Mb of free wi fi available. We aim to provide clean, modern well serviced units to our guests. Overall, customer service is key to what we offer at BK Settlers Motor Lodge.

Our bespoke studio (built and decorated by Chris and Amanda) is a real little gem. You’ll love enjoying a cuppa in the morning while taking in the view across the gully the gully bank, which we’re restoring with native trees. The bird song makes for a peaceful start to the day. Champion Rest is centrally located, and is a stones throw away from Hamilton Airport, Mystery Creek Event Centre, Lake Karapiro, Hamilton Gardens, Avantidrome and Sanctuary Mountain Maungatautari. We’re just a short bike ride away from Te Awa River Ride path, which leads to all sorts of great places including the award-winning Hamilton Gardens, the town of Cambridge and Hamilton City. We provide breakfast - tea, coffee, herb tea, toast and spreads and muesli.
