Located in Lichfield, South Waikato, on a working sheep and beef farm, this family friendly cottage is a perfect place to rest & recharge. It’s also a great base for exploring the cycling, walking, lakes, rivers and adventure activities in the area.
The 3 bedroom cottage is a comfortable, family friendly home set in very pretty rural landscape. If you want to recharge at the cottage, you can head out for a walk or make use of the table tennis table, sandpit & board games. If you’re keen to explore, there are plenty of activities to do nearby. Within a 20 min drive you can reach the Te Waihou & Blue Springs walkway, Cougar Mountain Bike Park or hit the boutique shops & cafes in Tirau. Just slightly further afield, & all within a 40min drive, you can access the Waikato River Trails at Arapuni, Arapuni Lake, the Maungatautari Sanctuary Mountain or Hobbiton in Matamata. The main centers of Rotorua, Taupo, Hamilton and Tauranga and their various attractions are also all within 1 hrs drive.
