As a city and region we pride ourselves on being exceptional hosts. Building on the success during previous major events, we look forward to welcoming all teams, officials, media, travel trade and all local, national and international match goers to our region. Accommodation, transport, activity, dining and retail operators will all serve as the face of the region for these visitors.

While the majority of teams and media visiting the city for the various games will have limited time to engage with the region, Hamilton City Council, HCBA and HWT have provided options to the LFS in terms of potential community engagement and visitor activities. Hamilton Kirikiriroa is set to provide a base camp for Zambia for the length of the tournament.
