The self guided walking tours app includes three separate walking tours: Hamilton City's South End, Under the Hood and Hamilton East

Hamilton City's South End: 1 hour

The first tour is a 15 stop tour of the south end of Hamilton’s city centre, starting at the Victoria Bridge and taking in The Bank, Roose’s Wharf, Riverview Private Hotel and the Waikato Brewery building, just to name a few.

Hamilton East: 1 hour 30 mins

The second tour is a 17 stop tour of Hamilton East’s historic locations and milestones starting at Soldiers Memorial Park and taking in Steele Park, Moule’s Redoubt, Le Quesne’s Waikato Hotel, the former site of Thomas Slade’s carriage works and much more.

Under the Hood: 1 hour

The third tour is a 15 stop tour of Hood Street. The tour takes you along both sides of Hood Street and also includes stops on Anglesea Street and Alexandra Street near Hood Street.

Each tour utilises audio of the location’s description, maps to the locations and historic images to bring each site to life.
