The first floor Hamilton conference venue is air conditioned, overlooks Waikato stadium and has natural lighting at one end. A partially covered deck area provides additional social and outdoor smoking space.
The main conference room is 8m x 8.5m making it suitable for 10 – 50 people depending on the configuration required.
The adjacent smaller room is 6m x 4.5m. This can be hired separately or in conjunction with the main conference room to provide additional space for catering and/or break out space.
Catering for conferences is totally flexible providing the client with the choice to arrange their own or have the Park View Motor Lodge organise on their behalf.
There is a variety of presentation aids available on site or the client may choose to source/provide their own.
Free parking is provided on site with overflow parking in the surrounding streets easily found and without parking charges.
