Wintec venues offer fresh approach to conferencing

From vibrant colour schemes to unconventional layouts and fun catering ideas, our new take on conferencing is resulting in higher engagement levels among guests.

Conferencing seems to have developed a drab name for itself, so we’re designing events that turn the traditional experience on its head.

Each setup is tailored to the audience. To ensure it’s right for the occasion, we work with The Event Company’s Leanne Morris who plays an amazing role in this.

Alongside full event support (including set-up, theming, catering, entertainment and security), Wintec venue hire comes with AV (including onsite IT support) and one of the best quality LED screens (4.3m x 2.4m) in the upper North Island.

Other technologies like Catchbox (throwable mic) and Slido (rolling Q&A platform) - to encourage audience participation – are also available.

The Atrium, Wintec’s most popular conference venue fits up to 500 people while other spaces including The Long Room, Bill Gallagher Events Rooms and The Training Space, offer more intimate options.
