Tuakau Hotel, established in 1875, a 4-star boutique country hotel won the 2012 Hospitality New Zealand Awards for Excellence for Best New/Redeveloped Accommodation Hotel, for its major refurbishment.

This gracious hotel established 1875 was beautifully restored in 2011 maintaining its original charm but enhanced to meet the needs of the discerning guest. Tuakau Hotel offers accommodation for up to 40 guests in ten luxury hotel rooms and a further seven new self-contained apartments.
